Day 01: ARRIVE COCHIN AIRPORT/ ALLEPPEY (80Kms & 2.5hrs drive)
Arrive Cochin airport in the morning.
You will be well received on your arrival at Cochin airport and transfer to your hotel in Alleppey.
You will be welcomed at the Hotel and after check in formalities, check into your Room.
Lunch at Hotel and rest of the afternoon at leisure.
In the later afternoon, meeting with Doctor regarding your Ayurvedic Treatments.

Day 02: ALLEPPEY
0700am: Virechana Karma (You will be offered a Medicine for a complete intestinal cleaning).
Solid diet should be provided only after complete intestinal cleaning.

1900- 1930: Walking/ Reading
1930- 2030: Dinner
