Question: How much in advance should bookings be made?
Answer: It is always better to your Tour on time to avoid last minutes inconvenience, as last minutes tour is always become expensive. We Book the Tour @ 25% advance payment and the balance will follow. For the flights we charge 100% advance, as they are selling seats @ discounted airfare on first cum first served basis and there is no guarantee of the same airfare later. So, better to book the flights at earliest possible.

Question: How do I make the payments? 
Answer: If you are tourist from outside India, then, bank transfer is always better. You can also pay by Net Banking and Online Payment using your credit card. We accept Visa, Master and Diner Card and the payments can be processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction. And we will acknowledge receipt, once the payment is credited in our account.

If the payment on your credit card is declined for some reason, then you can will an immediate message of payment declined and you can re- try for the payment.

Question: What is the health-care I need to take while traveling to India?
Answer: Any person (including infants over six months old) arriving India by air or sea from an infected country must obtain a yellow fever certificate (including passengers who have been transit in a country in the endemic zone). Meningococcal vaccine is recommended for all travelers who intend to visit India particularly the states of North East India including Meghalaya, Tripura & Mizoram.

Good healthcare facilities, are available in all major cities in India but healthcare facilities in rural areas are limited. Travelers are strongly advised to take full comprehensive medical insurance before travelling to India. Vaccinations are sometimes advised for hepatitis A and B, Japanese encephalitis, tuberculosis (for infants), polio and typhoid. Dengue and malaria are both caused by mosquito bites and are prevalent in hot and humid conditions. There are occasional, seasonal outbreaks of dengue fever. Travelers should vigilantly protect themselves against mosquito bites. Malaria prevention is strongly recommended, so use mosquito/ insect repellent and anti-malaria pills and wear protective clothing. Obtain anti-malarial medicine from your doctor before travelling.

Tap water is not safe to drink, therefore always go for mineral water, which is widely available. However, do check the seal on bottled water before drinking.
Carry rehydration solution packets, Pepto Bismol or Imodium in case you are afflicted. Before your travel, seek medical advice about what to take for self-treatment.

Also carry the adequate clothing as per the season you are travelling. In most of the hotels from 3star- 5 Star, doctors are available on call 24 hours. Please make sure you have a medical insurance from your country.
