Refund PolicySo you can say, if the client cancels his/ her tour for any reason, these will be the cancellation charges : If the tour is cancelled before 45 days prior to the arrival date in India: Only 10% of the total invoice will be charged towards administrative charges. Plus 2.9% bank charged. If the tour is cancelled between 44 and 30 days prior to the arrival date in India: 25% of the total invoice will be charged. Plus 2.9% bank charged. If the tour is cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to the arrival date in India: 50% of the total invoice will be charged. Plus 2.9% bank charged. If the tour is cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to the arrival date in India: 75% of the total invoice will be charged. Plus 2.9% bank charged. If the tour is cancelled 6 days prior to the arrival date in India: 100% of the total invoice will be charged. NO REFUND. Plus 2.9% bank charged. |
